1
Talk.
A 15-minute call. You tell us what's going on and what you hope to get out of it. No advice on this call. We're finding out if the audit fits.
FOR PRACTICE OWNERS
We find where appointments, treatment plans and front desk hours leak, and put a dollar figure on each fix.
01 WHERE IT USUALLY LEAKS
Open chairs that a confirmation process would have filled.
Care gets presented, then nobody follows up to schedule it.
Phones, insurance follow-up and scheduling all landing on the same two people.
02 HOW IT WORKS
1
A 15-minute call. You tell us what's going on and what you hope to get out of it. No advice on this call. We're finding out if the audit fits.
2
You first, then your key people, one on one and recorded. We map how work actually moves, from the first call to money in the bank.
3
Every leak named and ranked by what to fix first, with the dollars traced to what you told us. Then we walk you through it.
03 WHAT YOU GET
How your business actually runs, mapped in three lanes: winning work, doing the work, and getting paid.
Every time sink and risk, named with the evidence behind it.
What to fix first, what can wait, and what to ignore.
Each fix tied to time saved, cost cut, or profit gained.
A three-to-six-month roadmap with owners and dates.
The money page: every dollar built from your own numbers, never a guess.
Where AI and automation fit, where they don't, and what each one is worth to you.
05 HOW WE SCOPE IT
Every audit is scoped after a 15-minute call. What shapes it: how many people work in the business, how many are part of the decisions, and how much of the work is already written down. You get a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start, and if you build any of the roadmap with us, the audit fee is credited.
The people we interview, from you to the front desk.
Everyone who has a say in how the work gets done.
Processes on paper take less time to map than processes in someone's head.
About 5 to 10 minutes. You'll see where your business stands and where AI and automation are most likely to help. No advice, no pitch.
