What you should get for the money
A report you can act on without us: every leak named with evidence, a ranked order of fixes, a roadmap with owners and dates, and a dollar figure on each fix built from your own numbers. If an audit hands you a long document with no numbers and no order, it isn't finished.
How to judge whether it's worth it
Compare the fee to the yearly value of the fixes in the report. The report shows that math for every recommendation, so you can decide on each one.
